Only Jira administrator can install Looker Studio Connector. If you’re not a Jira administrator you can request your administrator to install the app for you.

Navigate to the product page on Atlassian Marketplace, and then select Try it free.

Select where to install the app, and then select Request app.
Your Jira administrator will get the relevant notification and can start the installation for you.
