Problem
Some issues don't appear in my exported Issues table at all, even though I'm not applying any filters that should exclude them. What could cause this?
Solution
The most common reason is that the missing issues are archived in Jira.
The Jira API used for bulk export of issues does not return archived issues. If an issue has been archived at any point, it will not appear in the standard Issues table export, regardless of whether you have filters applied.
To check this:

In Jira, look up a few of the specific "missing" issue keys and confirm whether they're archived.

If they are, that fully explains why they're absent from the export — this is expected behavior tied to Jira's own API, not a connector issue.
