Problem
There is a warning message in the Power BI Connector:
Maximum capacity reached! (100%) Power BI Connector is completely full. If any more team members are added, features will be restricted. Please contact your account administrator immediately.
Solution

Confirm the account's current http://monday.com user/seat count vs. the connector's licensed seat count (visible to the Admin).

The app continues working normally at 100% — this is just a warning, not a block. Remove/deactivate http://monday.com users if you want to bring the account back within the existing licensed seat count, but it's not required for the app to keep functioning.

Be aware that adding even one more team member will push the count over the limit and trigger feature restrictions.
