Can I submit future Timesheets for approval?

I have logged time in the future and would like to submit my Timesheet. How can I do this?

Users are not able to submit future timesheets for approval. Depending on the setting of "Users can log time up to this number of days into the future", users can log time into the future, but they can not submit the future timesheet. 
Users with the "Approve Timesheet" permission for a team can submit future Timesheets of their team members. This is done by going to the Approvals page and navigating to the future period where the Timesheet needs to be submitted.
