If you require Tempo Support to run specific post-migration actions, such as the Worklog Attribute sync, please submit your request within 14 days of the migration completion.
This 14-day limit is imposed by Atlassian as part of their app data migration policy. After this window expires, automated sync tasks cannot be run, and data may need to be updated manually via API.
Once you have completed your migration, it's a good idea to follow up on two key pieces:

Your Tempo Account and Team custom fields This is especially important because the Tempo Account and Team custom fields get a new identifier in the Jira Cloud instance.

Your financial integrations This is especially important because most companies leverage the Tempo worklog servlet to sync worklogs in Tempo for Jira Data Center, but this endpoint does not exist for Tempo for Jira Cloud.
