Do Not Store Jira Changelog Data on Structure Servers

In order to provide historical data within Structure formulas, Structure stores Jira changelog data on our AWS servers. This data is stored for the following fields:

Status
Story Points
Parent
Date fields
Time estimate fields
Custom numeric fields

If your company stores sensitive data in any of these fields or you simply prefer that this data not be stored, your Jira admin can opt out by going to Settings | Apps | Structure Cloud | Settings and checking the Do not store Jira changelog data on Structure Servers box.

Once this option is selected, this data will no longer be stored on our servers and, therefore, no longer be available within Structure formulas.

This is a global change and will disable formula history for the entire Jira instance.
