Data Residency
Structure, Structure.Gantt, and Confluence Helper for Structure all support data residency for the following regions:
Germany (Frankfurt): AWS eu-central-1
EU: AWS eu-central-1
- United States: AWS us-east-2
To migrate your Structure/Gantt/Confluence Helper data to a specific location, please refer to Atlassian's guide to moving your Marketplace apps data. Please do not delete an app, unless requested to do so by Atlassian or the Structure support team.
If you experience any issues or have questions about moving your Tempo data, please contact our Support Team.
Structure, Structure.Gantt, and Confluence Helper for Structure need to be installed in the same region to work together.
After Migrating Your App Data
If you have an integration with Timesheets, Planner, and/or Cost Tracker enabled, you will need to reinstall it following this guide: Tempo Configuration.

Troubleshooting
- Structure, Structure.Gantt, and Confluence Helper for Structure need to be installed in the same region to work together. If you already have Structure installed and the installation of another app fails, make sure Structure data has been migrated to the same region as your Jira instance. If not, schedule a migration for your Structure data using the Atlassian Admin panel. If the problem persists after the migration is complete, please contact our Support Team so they can investigate.
- If you uninstalled/reinstalled Structure and have lost data, please stop using Structure and contact our Support Team immediately.
- If your integration with Timesheets, Planner, or Cost Tracker is no longer working, reinstall the integration following this guide: Tempo Configuration.
