2022-11-23| Tempo Planner for Server 16.1.0 Release

This Version 16.1.0 of Tempo Planner is compatible with Atlassian's Jira 9.x platform. This version contains fixes.

FIXES

Fixed an issue with the Plan import teams filter.
Fixed an issue where the AllocationUpdateEvent was not being published when reassigning plans from the context menu of a single plan.
Fixed by creating a new event named PlanReassignmentCreatedEvent published every time a user reassigns plans in batch to a different user.
