2022-08-09| Tempo Budgets for Server 15.10.0 Release

This version 15.10.0 of Tempo Budgets is compatible with Atlassian's Jira 9.x platform. This version contains fixes and improvements.

NEW FEATURE

The Archive Portfolios feature is now available for Tempo Budgets.

FIXES

Fixed: Hovering-over the avatars in the History section displays unrecognized users.
Fixed: A deleted user can still be added multiple times as a Folio staff member.
