FIXES
In Capacity Report, the timeframe is displayed incorrect in saved weekly period reports when a secondary period is selected.
- When creating a Planned vs Actual report, the page becomes unresponsive.
IMPROVEMENTS
- Planning from staff with multiple cost rates and allocation should generate multiple planned positions.
- Changed the implementation of DataExporter to make sure that is compatible with all database vendors supported by Jira.
