2020-03-16| Tempo Planner for Server 7.13.1 Release

This hotfix for Tempo Planner for Server fixes incorrect graph calculations in the Capacity Report.

HOTFIX
- Fixed: Wrong calculation when plotting graph for non-resource grouping (when grouping by project, account, or epic) in the Capacity Report.

	Upgrading Tempo Planner is free for all customers with an active Tempo license. Upgrade Tempo by using the JIRA Universal Plugin Manager (UPM).
