2020-03-10 | Tempo Budgets for Server 13.13.0 Release

We've released version 13.13.0 of Tempo Budgets which is compatible with Atlassian's Jira 8.x platform. In this release we've fixed an issue running a db migration when upgrading Budgets.

Fixes
- Fixed: An issue running a db migration when upgrading from a pre-11.7 version of Budgets and the instance has at least one dynamic portfolio based on owner, start date or end date.

	Upgrading Tempo Budgets is free for all customers with an active Tempo license. Upgrade Tempo by using the JIRA Universal Plugin Manager (UPM).
