2019-02-14 | Tempo Planner for Server 6.3.0 Release

Tempo Planner 6.3.0 is compatible with Atlassian's Jira 7.x platform. In this release we've made improvements to Resource Planning and the My Work Calendar. Also, you can now add Jira projects and filters to your Tempo Issue picker, the My Work gadget shows plans ordered by start time, and Plan Work is referred to as Plan Time. We've also fixed some errors.

Tempo Planner 6.3.0 supports Jira 7.x. Note that Tempo Planner 6.3.0 is not compatible with Jira 8.0 so please take care when selecting your installation versions from the Atlassian Marketplace.

  •  Improvements

    • We've made some improvements to Resource Planning to make planning even quicker and easier. Apart from some changes to the look and feel of the view, the improvements include:

      • You can now be expand and collapse the user list with one click in the Resource Planning view.
      • Plan cards are now displayed in chronological order.
    • When creating or updating a plan in the My Work Calendar, the plan card is updated dynamically, similar to when creating and editing worklog cards.
    • Plan work is now called Plan time in Tempo.
    • The My Work gadget shows worklogs and plans ordered by start time.
    • We've updated the Tempo permission description on the Permission Overview page. It now reads: "Grant or deny access to Tempo Planner to specific groups in your organization, or to external Jira users with permission to view your Jira issues. All users in your organization are granted access by default."
  • Fixes

    • Fixed: Dynamic drop-down attribute with {account} placeholder was not working in reports.
    • Fixed: In the My Work Calendar when entering 0m or 0h in the Planned Time box in the Plan Time dialog box, the page crashes.

    • Fixed: When the language is set to other than English in Jira, the My Work gadget does not load data and the date shows an "invalid date" error.
    • Fixed: Error with German translation.
    • Fixed: It is not possible to define floating holidays in a Holiday Scheme when the system language is other than English.
