2019-01-04 | Tempo Budgets for Server 11.14.3 Release

This hotfix for Tempo Budgets for Server fixes a bug where the user index was updated too often.

HOTFIX
- Fixed: A bug where the user index was updated too often has been fixed. When a user logged in, the user index was updated multiple times. Now it should be done more sparingly.

	Upgrading Tempo Budgets is free for all customers with an active Tempo license. Upgrade Tempo by using the JIRA Universal Plugin Manager (UPM).
	This release is compatible with products listed in the Compatibility Page.
