2018-10-11 | Tempo Budgets for Server 11.14.0 Release

In Tempo Budgets 11.14.0 the Budgets user permissions are migrated to the Tempo Budgets Access global permissions. In this build we've also fixed an issue with Tempo Budget API calls.

Improvements
- User groups that have been granted the Budgets user permission will be migrated to the Tempo Budgets Access global permission with basic access. Budgets Super Admins will need to be given the Tempo Budgets Access permission manually by a Jira admin. They will not be able to access Budgets until they get this permission (view announcement).
Fixes
- Fixed: Duplicate attribute returned on some Tempo Budget API calls.

	Upgrading Tempo Budgets is free for all customers with an active Tempo license. Upgrade Tempo by using the JIRA Universal Plugin Manager (UPM).
