New Features and Improvements

• Resource Planner: We have made it easier to see which month is being displayed in the week view of Resource Planning. The month name is now shown in the header of the view. This is especially useful when you have selected a long period in the date picker.

Fixes

• Fixed: When planning, it is not possible to select a reviewer if the reviewer's start date in a team is in the future. Now users that have the Approve Plans permission for a team are listed in the Reviewer drop-down for plans that are assigned to a user who has not yet joined the team, but who is scheduled to be a member during the time planned for.
• Fixed: Plans on issues in a deleted Project cannot be removed. Now plans on deleted issues, versions, projects, and components can be edited or deleted by the user, if the user has the needed plan permissions to do so. This also applies to plans on issues, versions or components that belong to a deleted project.
• Fixed: Plan for 3,5 hours results in an email notification to reviewer stating that duration is 1 day. We have improved the clarity of how planned hours and the duration of period plans are presented in confirmation emails sent when plans are approved and in other transitions.
• Fixed: AO_2D3BEA_USER_INDEX table is cleared and repopulated every time a node is restarted. Now we do not re-index users on plugin install when less than 30 minutes have passed since the last index was run.
• Fixed: Users with correct permissions cannot edit plans for themselves or other users if the plan was created by another user.
