2018-09-13 | Tempo Budgets for Server 11.13 Release

This release includes a fix for Tempo Budgets that reduces reindexing on the USER_INDEX table.

Fixes
- Fixed: AO_2D3BEA_USER_INDEX table is cleared and repopulated every time a node is restarted. Now we do not re-index users on plugin install when less than 30 minutes have passed since the last index was run.

	Upgrading Tempo Budgets is free for all customers with an active Tempo license. Upgrade Tempo by using the JIRA Universal Plugin Manager (UPM).
