2018-04-12 | Tempo Budgets for Server 11.9.0 Release

This release includes a number of fixes for Tempo Budgets for Cloud. Now, progress is now shown correctly in the portfolio overview, users can attach files to folio, a problem where non-editable issues can have expenses added, deleted, and edited has been solved, and the work attribute page now displays correctly in IE 11.

Fixes
- Progress is now shown correctly in the portfolio overview when it contains only folios with no budget.
- Users can now attach files to folio.
- A problem where you could add, delete and edit expenses on a non-editable issue has been fixed.
- The Work Attribute page now displays correctly in IE11.

	Upgrading Tempo Budgets is free for all customers with an active Tempo license. Upgrade Tempo by using the JIRA Universal Plugin Manager (UPM).
