Upgraded task to save inherit values. The inheritance was implicit before.
Improvements
Inherit value is saved explicitly when an issue inherits a Team from a parent issue or Epic. The release includes an upgrade task to save inherit values where before the inheritance was implicit.
Fixes
Customers with MySQL database can not delete plans - Fixed.
