Database changes
- Upgrade task to save inherit values where before the inheritance was implicit.

- Inherit value is saved explicitly when an issue inherits a Team from a parent issue or Epic. The release includes an upgrade task to save inherit values where before the inheritance was implicit.
Story
- Links worked hours showing in the Worklog inspector to the corresponding report in Timesheets.
- Allows for splitting reports per fiscal year.
Bug fixes
When a folio is based on account(s), the Staff Workload report cannot be filtered using labels - Fixed.
