- Fixes
- When User with limited permissions view a folio, the information is cached so a User with full permissions need to Refresh in order to see correct full view
- Unable to add groups to Tempo Budgets if group name contains some characters
- Editing an account's category sometimes does not refresh capitalization of worked hours correctly in actual costs
- Public Rest API return :“0-E10" instead of 0.00000
