Disabling Tempo Capacity Planner for Server requires the Jira System Administrator permission.
If Tempo Capacity Planner is temporarily disabled, you can re-enable it.

Log in as a user with the Jira Administrators global permission.

Click the gear icon at the top-right, and then select Add-ons.

On the Manage add-ons page, expand the following Tempo system plug-in rows:

Tempo Core
-
Tempo Teams

Tempo Planning API
-
Tempo Accounts
-
Tempo Platform API

Tempo Platform Jira

If any of the Tempo system plug-ins is disabled, click Enable in the corresponding section.

Expand the Tempo Capacity Planner row by clicking the row.

In the Tempo Capacity Planner section, click Enable.
