Disabling Tempo Planner

Disabling Tempo Planner for Server requires the Jira System Administrator permission.

You can temporarily disable Tempo Planner so that the features of the product are not visible in Jira. You can re-enable Tempo Planner later, without being required to reinstall the product.

1. Log in as a user with the Jira Administrators global permission.
2. Click the gear icon at the top-right, and then select Add-ons.
3. In the left sidebar, click Manage add-ons.
4. On the Manage add-ons page, expand the Tempo Planner row by clicking the row.
5. In the expanded Tempo Planner section, click Disable.
6. Also disable the following Tempo system plug-ins, unless other enabled Tempo products use the system plug-ins:
   • Tempo Core
   • Tempo Teams
   • Tempo Planning API
   • Tempo Accounts
   • Tempo Platform - Jira
   • Tempo Platform API
