Tempo Timesheets Not Loading After Reactivation Due to Database Not Coming Online

After re-activating Tempo Timesheets from an expired state, the app may still not load because the Tempo database hasn’t come back online yet. This can happen occasionally after a license reactivation.

To resolve this, the most reliable approach is to:

  1. Uninstall Tempo Timesheets and Tempo Core from the Atlassian Marketplace

    2. https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1214485/tempo-core-project-tracking-for-jira?hosting=cloud&tab=overview

  2. Reinstall it again.

This process forces Jira to re-initialize the Tempo database and bring it back online.
