Copying Billable Expenses to Revenue

When you incur expenses that you bill to your client, you can copy the expense to the Revenue page. The billable expenses are then included in revenue calculations. We donβt maintain a link between the expense and the revenue. If you edit the expense after copying it, you must also make the change in the Revenue page.
Open a Financial Manager project.
Click the Expenses tab in the upper-right corner.
In the Expenses table, select the row you would like to copy and click the (...) under Actions.
Select Copy to Revenue.
Make any changes you want to the billable expense. The expense will be included in revenue calculations on the Revenue page.
Click Copy.
Open the Revenue page to view the copied expense.
