# Export to Other Formats

You can export reports from Custom Charts or Issue List to the following formats:

* .PNG

* .PDF

* .CSV

Exports to these formats are enabled by default Jira admins can disable exports on individual charts or globally.

## Exporting a report

To export a chart or list:

1. Hover over the report and select **Export options** :export: in the upper right.

2. Select the type of export to generate.

3. When the generation finishes, a save file dialog displays. Select a location and **Save** your file.

## Disabling exports

To disable exports on individual charts:

1. Go to the **Display options** tab and turn off **Allow direct export to PNG, PDF \& CSV**.

2. Save your chart or issue list.

To disable exports globally:  
Only Jira administrators can modify this setting.

1. Go to the **Custom Charts Settings** section of your admin console.

2. Turn off **Allow direct export to PNG, PDF \& CSV**.
