Abstract

How to change the account status

Important

Changing account status requires the Tempo Account Administrator permission. Account Leads for the account can also change the status.

Accounts can have one of the following statuses: open, closed, or archived.

To change the account status:
  1. Select Accounts Accounts.png in the Tempo sidebar.

  2. In the Accounts view, select the account you want to view.

  3. Click the Status field, then click the drop-down arrow and select a status:

    • Open accounts appear in reports and are displayed in the Account drop-down field in linked project issues.

    • Closed accounts appear in reports but are not displayed in the Account drop-down field in linked project issues.

    • Archived accounts will not appear in reports or be displayed in the Account drop-down field in linked project issues.

  • All worklogs displayed in Tempo Timesheets and reports
