Monitoring planned time

You can monitor the amount of planned time and compare it with the capacity of staff members and with the estimated time for solving issues.

Procedure

1. Open the Planning page.
   
   
2. At the top of the Planning sidebar, the numbers have the following meanings :
   

   Remaining Estimate: The remaining estimated time that is necessary to resolve all issues in the folio.

   Remaining Capacity: The combined unplanned time that staff members have available for folio work, from tomorrow until the end of the folio.

   Planned Effort: The amount of planned time from tomorrow until the end of the folio.

   If the remaining capacity is a negative number, too much work is planned for the team.

   

   
   
   

3. The staff-member column displays the remaining capacity for each staff member. If one of these numbers is negative, reduce the amount of planned time for the corresponding staff member.
